Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order the same day for standard delivery. We will post to UK mainland addresses using the Royal Mail's service.

UK Standard Delivery- for orders under £75.00	£3.95	Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days. Excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays
UK Standard Delivery – for orders over £75.00	FREE	Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days. Excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays
First Class	£4.50	Delivery is usually within 1-2 working days. Excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays
Next Day Delivery	£9.95	Orders must be placed before noon. We dispatch Monday-Thursday for next working day delivery before 1pm. Orders placed after midday on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be despatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.

European and International deliveries are not currently available via the website but please do contact us on 01252 544618 with your exact requirements and we will happily provide a quote for delivery.

Packaging
We aim to deliver items in perfect condition & try to be as eco-conscious with our packaging as possible. We therefore may recycle old boxes, bubble wrap & padding materials. Don't worry though - we always ensure that the packaging is sturdy & your items are packed securely. Smaller items will be tissue wrapped.

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer a free Click & Collect service from our Boutique in Fleet, Hampshire during store opening hours. Please bring your email confirmation to collect your order.
