How much is postage and packaging?

United Kingdom & Channel Islands

Postage & packaging is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order. All orders are sent by recorded delivery. A signature will be required. Delivery should normally take 2-5 working days. 

Europe & the rest of the world

We deliver worldwide. Postage & packaging is charged at a flat rate of £7.95 per order. A signature will be required. Delivery should take 5-10 working days however we ask that you allow up to 20 days as, on occasion, delays may occur.

 Want next day delivery?

Please call us on 01252 544618 to arrange next day delivery. This applies to delivery within the United Kingdom only. An additional charge will apply.

 Non delivered goods

Please contact us if you have not received your item with 5 working days of our despatch confirmation email. We will contact our courier and establish the reason for the delay.

We also reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.

Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days and 28 days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. Please check that your local post office is not holding your delivery for collection.
