Sugarplum has been trading since April 2004.

It has been our aim to sell unique bags and fashion jewellery to complement any outfit. We operate by placing orders through our website, Sugarplum parties and Sugarplum events such as craft fairs, ladies' nights and charity events.

Quality Control

While we quality control all goods scrupulously, we do understand there may be an occasion where a fault occurs.

Please treat your purchase with care, some of our items are very delicate and need to be looked after with love. We can not therefore accept items back, which have obviously been mistreated.

Should you need to return an item because of fault, please phone us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you. We are sure you will understand this and thank you for your help in this matter.

Delivery & Shipping Details

Standard Delivery
Once your order has been accepted, we aim to ship your item/s within 24hours. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent. All orders are posted Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and will need a signature on delivery.

Shipping Charges

• All Jewellery orders are delivered Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for a nominal fee of £2.95 which includes full insurance.
• All Handbag orders are delivered Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for a fee of £6.00 per bag, which includes full insurance.
• Please contact us for overseas shipping charges.
